Modified Bitumen Roof Repair & Installation
BUR roofing membranes are durable and reliable for low- slopes or flat roofs created through a layering process of bitumen and reinforcing fabrics. The multiple layers of bitumen make this system heavier than other types and ensure that it will last much longer. Built-up roofing solutions also have high reflective qualities, helping to save energy costs and keep inside temperatures consistent.

Durable Against Inclement Weather Conditions
Tar is an excellent material to use for roofs because it’s highly flame resistant. The layers of bitumen create a waterproof roof that will stop water from getting inside your building no matter what kind of fire you’re facing!
BUR roofing is a strong material that has added aggregate and fiberglass. It makes for an even more sturdy product, which you can be assured will withstand any harsh weather conditions that come your way.
Low Maintenance
Built-up roofing is often considered a low maintenance option, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have bi-annual checkups. Owners should inspect their systems every year or two for any cracks and other problems that could arise due to wear and tear on your home’s part.
BUR roofing offers an excellent choice for building owners who need a cost-effective and minimal maintenance installation. The upkeep is minute and has lower costs.
